Laurie Arron

I spent over 27 years at AT&T, climbing the corporate ladder and gaining multi-dimensional experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, and business transformation, including serving as Chief of Staff to senior executives.

Today, as a trusted advisor and executive coach to C-Suite leaders and Chiefs of Staff, I help clients tap into their fullest expression as leaders—for themselves and the impact they seek to have on others. I guide them through difficult transitions and help them pivot when they reach that internal "no more" moment, allowing them to emerge and thrive.

My mission is to collaborate with driven individuals, helping them achieve their peak potential and self-defined growth goals in a quick, healthy, and efficient manner. Together, we’ll set clear goals, and I’ll provide support, feedback, and direction every step of the way. As your coach, I’ll be the catalyst for meaningful and purposeful transformation, delivering hard truths with compassion, always in service of your highest mission.

I help you access what makes you feel most alive—not just what you’re doing today, but what you WANT to be doing. You’ll uncover the stories you tell yourself that keep you playing small, and unleash the one that needs to be told. I’ll guide you in making critical decisions aligned with your core values, so you can live a life of fulfillment and purpose.

With years of experience working alongside C-suite executives, I bring Chief-level insight and understanding to each client. I’ve navigated complex decisions, politics, and personalities at the highest levels of business, and I bring that hard-earned wisdom to help you during your most pivotal moments. This perspective is often new to my clients but invaluable to their growth.

I am a CPCC-certified executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the world’s largest coaching school, and hold a PCC credential from the International Coaches Federation. I’m also a member of 4PC, an invitation-only community for some of the world’s most extraordinary coaches.

Outside of work, I support my community through board service and philanthropic efforts. I’m an active member of the Texas Women’s Leadership Institute, and I enjoy traveling, cooking, pickleball, and spending time with my family.
